The Executive Assistant will support our San Francisco executives in anticipating their needs and helping them stay focused by owning operational and administrative tasks. You will move quickly in a fast-paced environment and will be up to date with the latest updates at Harvey. You will be organized, analytical, proactive, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities
Provide support to the executives in administrative functions including calendaring, schedule management, email management, travel coordination, expenses, and other high-priority items. Coordinate internal and external meetings including interviews, customer meetings, all-hands, off-site events, etc. Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, fiscal calendars, current projects, etc. Take notes, manage action items, and assist in running meetings when needed. Effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize the executives' needs. Ad-hoc projects as needed. Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment. You’re a multi-tasker, detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills. You are a team player and are ready to jump in when needed. You consider yourself calm, helpful, and can be creative in stressful situations. You have a great deal of discretion and understand what information is confidential. You possess strong communication skills and a high level of EQ. You are passionate about building strong relationships with your executive and the broader Harvey team. Compensation
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $115,000 and $165,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
