The RVP is responsible for ensuring that their sales teams have the necessary resources, training, and support to ensure that they are able to be successful with their assigned tasks.CMA CGM sorts its national sales force into regions, and the regional heads report into a head of national sales. This role supports the South Atlantic, Central, Western, and Northeastern United States.Develop and maintain customer & trade-lane specific business plan, and manage sales staff in order to achieve/exceed weekly production quotas for the region.Lead sales management, ensuring that the national sales standards of performance are met by the sales team, especially standards for how sales teams are expected to provide value and top-tier service to customers.Manage qualification of new business opportunities within Group standards. Build and cultivate customer relationships within the assigned region.Drive performance through strong communication within and across functions.
