CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with a strong focus on IT and Customer Experience (CX) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term strategies that align IT services with the needs of various offices within the organization. You will also lead efforts to foster innovation, drive technology adoption, and ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:Liaison and IT Requirement Identification:

Act as the primary point of contact between the IT department and various offices within the organization.Regularly meet with stakeholders to understand their IT needs, challenges, and opportunities.Document and prioritize IT requirements, ensuring they align with overall business goals.

Strategic BRM Development:

Develop and implement BRM strategies that focus on driving IT innovation and enhancing customer experience.Create both short-term quick wins and long-term strategic goals that align with the organization's vision and mission.Ensure that BRM strategies are adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.

Coordination with Technology/Data/Innovation Champions:

Identify and collaborate with technology, data, and innovation champions within each office.Gather insights, ideas, and feedback from these champions to inform IT strategy and innovation efforts.Provide information and updates to each office on new technologies, IT initiatives, and innovation opportunities.

Cross-Office Innovation Team Leadership:

Form and lead cross-office innovation teams to assess, select, and implement new technologies.Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members to drive innovation across the organization.Develop frameworks for evaluating the potential impact of new technologies on business processes and customer experience.

Technology Education and Communication:

Create and distribute education packages and templates to inform and educate staff about new technologies and innovation opportunities.Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to leverage new tools effectively.Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.

User Experience (UX) Management:

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital platforms.Implement feedback mechanisms to gather user insights and continuously improve the user experience.Develop and enforce UX guidelines, best practices, and style guides to maintain consistency across the organization's website and case management system.

Qualifications:Necessary Skills and Knowledge:Strong understanding of IT service management and business relationship management frameworks.Experience with digital transformation, IT innovation, and customer experience enhancement.Proficient in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and project management.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Customer Experience, or a related field.At least 5 - 7 years of related experience.Must be eligible for Public Trust.Preferred Qualifications:Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually.Pay and Benefits:At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
