This position is remote with one day a week in the office. This position is for a U.S. citizen.Must possess active Secret security clearance issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)Previous experience performing business analysis for INL's internally developed systems is preferredTechnical Training, Certification(s) or Degree (bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field preferred) and 5+ years’ experience including the following:Minimum of four (4+) years’ experience working on software development projectMinimum of three (3+) years’ experience in business analysis or a related fieldMinimum of three (3+) years’ experience with process mapping and creation of technical documentationAgile/Scrum certifications and/or training preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications: Advanced Excel, Visio, and Project.Strong understanding of the SDLC and demonstrated experience applying technologies and methodologies that support that lifecycleUnderstanding of business practices and technology trendsExceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skillsExceptional interpersonal skills, collaborative and problem-solving skills, ability to listen and understand need across diverse stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesProven experience creating metric-based reports and leading effective presentationsDuties And Responsibilities:Liaison between INL's leadership and the development team to understand the problems and finding innovative solutionsWork with Product Owners to map out processCollect, anticipate, and document business and system requirements from project stakeholders at various levelsAnalyze requirements to determine technical and policy solutions to business needsTranslate requirements into technical specifications and mock-ups, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and plans to team members and leadershipLead testing efforts and product reviews during and prior to releases to ensure successful deployment of all requirements; conduct regular user acceptance testingLead ongoing reviews of business processes to develop standard operating procedures and optimization strategiesProvide assistance and continuity in project execution, coordination, and milestone trackingAnalyze system data and user behavior to inform business decisionsBuild the new project requirements and help in the creation of the documentation in the project portfolioSupport Project ManagerGDIT Is Your Place:401K with company matchComprehensive health and wellness packagesInternal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your careerProfessional growth opportunities including paid education and certificationsCutting-edge technology you can learn fromRest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysScheduled Weekly Hours:
