Job DescriptionClient servicing dutiesWork on projects across a variety of large & small clients, in various industries or categories.

Produce high-quality client deliverables in partnership with your Client Consulting team.

Participate in client discussions/presentations and work through implications and recommendations based on the data.

Support the development of your client(s) through training related to consumer demand principles, value-added projects, and meta-analysis.

Analytical dutiesDevelop and set up research projects based on the client brief and business objectives.

Analyze study results, summarize data, and draft reports and presentations.

About the BASES business unitBASES powers our client’s innovation, renovation, and brand success strategies. When you join our BASES business unit, you will consult with customers to improve new product outcomes, identify promising ideas, develop compelling consumer propositions, and validate in-market activities.BASES helps clients optimize and prioritize their portfolios through predictive innovation insights & accurate activation forecasting.With the end-goal of improving new-product outcomes, we provide consultation to help clients identify their best ideas, arrive at their most compelling consumer proposition, and validate their in-market activity to fully realize trial and repeat potential.Teams:DesignForecasting & ActivationInsights – including CPG, Beverage/Alcohol, and Expanded VerticalsLine & PriceQualificationsWe are looking for curious, collaborative and forward-thinking people, who are natural learners and would like to develop in the research market in the future.Going into the details, you should have:Current Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Marketing/Market Research. Will also consider students in an analytically or human insights focused field including but not limited to Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Liberal Arts.

Developed analytical skills and the desire to constantly deepen these skills.

Time management skills: the ability to manage projects and deadlines independently.

Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Translate data into the story: strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to clearly pull together a story that will resonate with the client.

Demonstrate ability to execute against projects for a variety of innovative products, and develop a basic working knowledge of consumer and marketing drivers of sales volume.

Interest in quantitative and qualitative market research.

Utilization of statistical applications which may include but are not limited to SPSS, R, Stata, etc.; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

3.0 cumulative GPA minimum.

Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no Visa sponsorship available.

Anticipated graduation: Spring 2025.
