Apply descriptive and diagnostic digital analysis techniques to understand customer journeys based on audience insights and behavior. Analyze a mix of digital channels for their effectiveness and understand what questions can be answered through analytics reporting platforms, including web analytics, organic search, site surveys, digital listening, heatmaps, and more. Evaluate data sets to identify anomalies or areas of opportunity to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Share measurement guidance with stakeholders to be used as a framework to identify goals, objectives, key performance indicators, targets, and actions that inform reporting efforts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience using web analytics to analyze customer behaviors1+ years of experience creating customer surveys and analyzing survey response data, including analysis of open-ended responsesExperience with MedalliaExperience with analyzing text dataExperience with the development of goals, objectives, and key performance indicatorsExperience with agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or XPExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPointAbility to work on multiple projects at once, manage time and tasks efficiently, and communicate availability and status to project leads proactivelyAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with social media engagement and reporting or digital listeningExperience with digital dashboard development, including Google Data Studio or TableauExperience with tag management tools, including Google Tag ManagerExperience with digital marketing and digital strategyExperience with User Research and Market ResearchKnowledge of programming languages to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets, including R, Python, or SQLPossession of excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills to communicate suggestions and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise mannerMedallia CertificationVetting:
