Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing client's Finance Team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization, with a focus on driving financial strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring revenue growth. This position will serve as the right hand to the Company's CFO!The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive finance experience and proven expertise in revenue recognition specific to medical providers. As a key member of the finance leadership team, the Finance Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed business decisions and operational improvements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.Conduct regular financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and mitigate risks.

Revenue Recognition:

Oversee revenue recognition processes, specifically for medical providers, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.Collaborate with the operations and billing teams to monitor revenue streams and ensure timely recognition in alignment with contractual terms.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, investors, and the Board of Directors.Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards, including tax filings, audits, and internal controls.

Operational Improvement:

Drive continuous improvements in financial operations, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.Implement best practices in financial management, reporting, and controls.Play a part in determining/overseeing software upgrade initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience:

7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.Experience working in a Private Equity-backed, VC, or Investment Banking Company is highly preferred.Demonstrated expertise in revenue recognition specific to medical providers or healthcare services.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and financial reporting.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Abilities:

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling software, and ERP systems.
