In addition, you will need:

90 Hour School Age Certificate

Medication Administration and Emergency Preparedness Training

Communication Skills

CPR/First Aid Certification

Covid-19 Training

ADA Certification

Basic Health and Safety Training

Ability to motivate and engage children and manage behavioral challenges.

Serves as a positive role model; must be enthusiastic, energetic, creative and sensitive to children.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

Good judgment and sound decision-making.

Ability to provide a supportive and caring environment for children.

All Site Directors shall meet ONE OF THE FOLLOWING for state licensing qualifications:

HS Diploma, 6 hours of child training and 3 hours child program management, and 4 years' experience

CDA, 6 hours of child training and 3 hours child program management and 2 years' experience

15 college credits (not child related), 6 hours in child care training and 3 hours in child program management, and 3 years' experience

Associate's in any field, 6 hours of child care training and 3 hours child program management and 2 years' experience

Bachelors in child field, 3 hours training in child program management and 1-year experience

Bachelor's in an unrelated field, 6 hours child training and 3 hours child program management, and 1 year experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Before & Aftercare) NO Weekends!!

Hours: Morning Care - 7am-8:30am Afternoon Care - 2:30pm - 6:00 pm

Pay & Benefits:

Pay: $19.50

Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
