This hybrid position can be based out of our West Allis, WI or Franklinton, NC location.Welcome to Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS)On this team, we have a clear team brand based on accountability, trust, and relying on each other. The leader of this team inherits a group of highly skilled, motivated regulatory professionals. Work hours are flexible, and we believe in work-life balance. Our primary tasks are ensuring continued market access for our existing products, creating market access for our new innovation, and advising the business on regulatory strategy that can help achieve our goals.In this role you'll make an impact by:Deciding our route to market strategy and associated product positioning in collaboration with the regional business leadership.Support, coach, and guide our team of Regulatory Professionals based throughout the Americas—growing the leaders of tomorrow, and expanding the competencies of the team and ensuring engagement.Setting the strategy for and implementation of our regulatory advocacy approach for the Americas.Representing the voice of the region in our global Business Unit leadership team and on our Global RAPS manager team.To succeed you must hold:A bachelor's degree in a science discipline and 7-10 years in a regulatory field with 1-3 years of people leader experience.A drive to lead a best-in-class team.Ability to communicate with senior business leadership.A curious mindset and a willingness to try new approaches.A pragmatic attitude and a clear understanding of how leadership style impacts a team, and how decisions taken in Regulatory Affairs impact our business and our customers.Could our purpose be yours?
