We are looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our US team as a contractor! In this role, you'll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth through targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager of Product and Engineering, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate experience, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This role is hybrid for our Seattle, WA office.You Will:

Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams and build sourcing strategies and workforce plan executionDevelop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementManage an effective interview process and participate in interview training for the businessEnsure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboardingOversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions including Engineering and ProductUse your knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven skills to build recruiting strategiesManage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvementYou Have:

5+ years of recruiting experienceSuccessful multi-year full-cycle recruiting resultsExperience building relationships and working with executive leadersStrong sourcing skills and hiring resultsClosing ability, with experience closing industry to senior level rolesExperience leading and facilitating meetings to promote positive business outcomesExperience leading and contributing to global recruiting projectsCompensation Details:

The starting base salary range for this position is typically $116,000-$145,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
