As a Senior Associate - Health, Equity and Wellness (HEW) Placement Specialist, you will oversee, facilitate and provide technical review on a wide variety of health and wellbeing vendor selections and placements (e.g., MSK, diabetes, mental health). You will serve as a day-to-day communication liaison with the WTW Global Delivery Center (GDC) and client service teams.Responsibilities:Actively manages RFP process as part of Placement Center of ExpertiseWorks with GDC to manage the RFP timeline and ensure we stay on task with effective delivery of vendor placement activitiesProvides technical and consultative review of GDC work productCompletes quality surveys and evaluates deliverables by GDCBuilds relationships and collaborates effectively with client service teamsDevelops a trusted relationship with GDC through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projectsDemonstrates strong knowledge of emerging vendors and market trendsValidates technical and consulting accuracy on client deliverables for placementAnticipates and identifies opportunities for placement operational efficiencies, including additional trainingsLeverages knowledge of vendor landscape, available products/solutions and carrier/vendor differentiators to inform and influence clients’ placement strategiesRequirements:Experience as a project manager of health and wellbeing projects or similar health management or wellbeing related roleBA/BS degree requiredSuperb organizational ability, including capability of managing and prioritizing many simultaneous projectsSuperior ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues, including keeping senior colleagues on taskTeam oriented mindset and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated written/verbal communication skills, collaboration, and partnership experience.Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issuesDemonstrated strategic, creative, problem-solving, and analytic skillsSelf-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguityAdept at using technology to accomplish our goals, and comfortable with the virtual setting for many colleague interactionsIntellectual curiosity and desire to keep abreast of latest developments in health managementWorking knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 USD.This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.Company BenefitsHealth and Welfare Benefits:
