As a Lead Analyst, you will work side-by-side with some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills and gain experience working with a variety of clients across industries. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your capabilities in the rewards discipline, as well as client and project management skills. You will also benefit from more structured learning opportunities that are tailored to our business.Our projects range in scope from specific solutions (e.g., competitive compensation analyses, base pay program, job leveling/job architecture, annual and sales incentive programs, performance management programs) to broad cross-LOB engagements such as support for M&A transactions, total rewards strategy and optimization.The RoleWhile every day and assignment are somewhat different, some of your main responsibilities will include:Partnering with consultants and clients to design strategies and rewards programs to attract, reward and retain talentHelping our clients ensure that their reward programs are competitive by performing competitive benchmarking analyses of compensation levels, program design and other rewards practices utilizing the range of WTW data, tools and processesModeling pay structures and conducting financial impact analyses of alternative designsDeveloping, analyzing and calibrating incentive plan designs that help support companies’ business strategiesDrafting reports and exhibits presenting the team’s analytical work to client audiencesPerforming industry and financial researchKeeping abreast of legal, regulatory and legislative trends that relate to corporate governance and compensationIncreasing efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processesContributing to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and other business development effortsThe RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with significant quantitative course work3 years of relevant work experiencePassion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the clientStrong financial literacy is preferredAbility to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in ExcelThis position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $82,500- $112,000USD.
