Responsibilities for this remote attorney job in Indianapolis:
As a probate lawyer with Vantage Group, you will guide clients through the complexities of probate proceedings, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. Our back-office support will handle all marketing and administrative aspects, allowing you to focus on providing top-tier legal advice and representation.In this role, you will:Conduct estate planning, draft wills and trusts, and manage estate settlements.Advise and support executors and beneficiaries throughout the probate process.Provide dedicated legal services remotely, with a focus on Indianapolis-based clients.Qualifications
Skills and experience required:
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in probate law.Demonstrated ability to conduct and manage detailed probate cases.Active and in good standing with the Indiana State Bar.Strong ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases.Excellent communication and organizational skills.What you can expect from this position:
