Your responsibilities as a foreclosure lawyer in Grand Rapids:
You will manage foreclosure cases from initiation to resolution, providing expert legal representation and ensuring that all processes are handled efficiently. We support your work by taking on the marketing, client vetting, and billing, so you can focus on what you do best—legal advocacy and client service.Leading foreclosure actions, including negotiating with lenders and representing clients in court.Advising clients on their rights and legal options throughout the foreclosure process.Operating remotely, primarily serving clients located in the Grand Rapids area.Qualifications
Essential skills and experience:
2 to 5 years of focused experience in foreclosure law.A strong commitment to ethical legal practice and client-centered service.Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan State Bar.Capable of managing a significant caseload efficiently.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.What you will gain from this position:
