What you’ll do as a member of our team in Grand Rapids:
You will handle probate cases, providing guidance and representation to clients in Grand Rapids. Our team supports you by managing marketing, client vetting, and billing, freeing you up to concentrate on delivering high-quality legal services.Responsibilities include:Administering estates, drafting wills and trusts, and handling court proceedings related to probate matters.Advising executors and beneficiaries on their legal rights and responsibilities.Delivering legal services remotely, with a focus on clients in the Grand Rapids area.Qualifications
What you need for success:
2 to 5 years of focused experience in probate law.A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and providing client-centered service.An active Michigan State Bar license with good standing.Capable of managing multiple cases effectively.Strong organizational skills and precise attention to detail.Benefits of this position:
