Cherokee Nation Strategic Programs (CNSP) is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee and direct complex technical engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management and digital transformation, with a proven track record of leading multi-faceted projects within an enterprise environment.

Program Manager Responsibilities Include:

Lead and provide technical direction for large-scale transformation projects within the Department of Treasury.Utilize Microsoft Project, including subproject and other advanced functionalities, to support and document an enterprise-level view of projects and pilots.Implement and advocate for Agile methodology to enhance project delivery and efficiency.Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Coordinate and integrate multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and project success.Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners.Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Build portfolio, program, and project management capabilities that can be scaled and replicated across multiple projects.Lead and mentor large team of business and technology consultants and professionals.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (preferred).Advanced degree in a related field (preferred).Project Management Professional (PMP) or FAC-P/PM III certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications and experience (preferred).Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading and providing technical direction for large-scale projects.Documented experience using Microsoft Project to manage complex, enterprise-level projects.Proven experience in technology transformation and digital transformation projects. Preferably, experience serving as a technology consultant to Fortune 500 companies or large public sector organizations/federal agencies.Proven experience as an executive, portfolio manager or program manager who has led the deployment of complex, large-scale technology transformation efforts in large enterprises.Strong understanding and implementation of Agile methodology in project management.Experience interacting with and advising senior executives and leaders in Fortune 500 or public sector organizations/federal agencies.Expertise in Microsoft Project, including advanced functionalities and subproject management.Expertise in Agile-related tools and methodologies.Familiarity with all aspects of business and technology transformation, including organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications.Strong cross-functional leadership and technical direction capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and integrate various project components.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Strategic thinker who understands business strategy, public policy, operational systems, and digital technology industry landscape.IRS MBI (preferred).This role may require occasional travel.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
