We do this through our broad portfolio of life insurance, retirement and institutional products, offered through an extensive, multichannel distribution network.Get to know the businessLife and Retirement is a unique franchise that brings together a broad portfolio of life insurance, retirement and institutional products offered through an extensive, multichannel distribution network.Overview of PositionThe Marketing Manager will serve a key role on the Distribution Marketing & Business Development Initiatives team, supporting multiple marketing programs, including all the retention programs for the business. This role will manage our vendor relationships for direct mail campaigns, providing end-to-end campaign management, including concept development, product approval, campaign implementation, internal communication and training with sales, and customer service as needed.Responsibilities:Write and develop content across a variety of programs, projects & communications.Lead all primary retention programs for the business.Manage our vendor relationships for direct mail campaigns, providing end-to-end campaign management.Serve as Marketing Lead for our Salesforce Distributed Marketing program.Lead marketing effort for RIA Channel Expansion, including managing the RIA microsite and developing paid social media campaigns.Collaborate and assist with marketing campaigns promoting website functionality.Provide direction to creative partners in the development and execution of marketing materials.What you need to know:Bachelor degree required, 3+ years of professional marketing experience.Knowledge of Annuity products preferred.MarTech experience preferred (Salesforce).Strong writing and communication skills.Ability to cope with change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail.Highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Benefit package includes:Paid Time Off: 24 PTO days to start.17 paid holidays per calendar year.A 401(k) Retirement Plan with a $1 for $1 match up to 6% with immediate vesting.We are an Equal Opportunity EmployerCorebridge Financial, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates are committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
