we are unstoppable!We are hiring an energetic, dynamic, and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner, to help us drive our business to the next level.This is a full time Hybrid position based in Deerfield Beach, FL (3 days in office, 2 days remote)Responsibilities

Partner with Operations and corporate to interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.Collaborate with Operations and corporate to determine hiring needs & manage job postings.Schedule background checks and drug tests for new hires, complying with all pre-employment required processes, thoroughly following up tracking results, and escalating anomalies timely.Facilitate weekly new hire orientation, benefits enrollment assistance, facilitating communication for equipment set up, etc.Process onboarding documents, ensuring new hire paperwork is complete, correct, and compliant.Maintain clear and constant communication with operations and corporate to share new hire information so new hires can be properly scheduled for work.Responsible for communication, education, and advice on all Prosegur programs and systems.Establish and maintain positive and productive working relationship with managers and employees.Act as the first point of contact employee's Human Resources questions, escalating issues as needed.Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.Facilitating performance management and professional development programs to enhance employee capabilities.Ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.Conducting thorough HR investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct to ensure fair and unbiased resolutions.Documenting findings and recommending appropriate actions based on investigation outcomes, while maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.Implementing preventative measures and training to address identified issues and enhance workplace accountability.Provide day to day advice and guidance to management on Prosegur policies and people practices ensuring fair, consistent, and legally defensible treatment of employees.Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and consistent application of internal policies, procedures, and acceptable management practices.Conduct exit interviews for salaried employees. Escalate feedback as appropriate.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, government regulations and statutory requirements.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.At least two years of Human Resource management experience preferred, SHRM-CP a plus.Positive, solution focused attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.Travel up to 10%, including overnight trips.Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
