Global Partnerships & Collaborations, Senior ManagerResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Marketing and Partnerships to develop and implement a global partnership and collaboration strategy.Contribute to overarching brand strategy through executing partnerships and special projects that resonate with our audience and enhance brand and product awareness.Manage all facets of Cider’s partnership marketing program, including program and pitch development, business case, and negotiations.Lead partnership executions, encompassing concept development, creative briefing, strategy communication, rollout, and business impact assessment.Measure and attribute the impact of partnerships on the brand and business overall.Manage and support team members, ensuring successful project completion.Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, collaborating with relevant team members.Maintain relationships with agencies and external vendors, managing and reporting on project progression and timelines.Travel as necessary for event and partnership executions.Collaborate with Merchandising, Creative, Brand Marketing, and PR teams to bring each partnership to life, considering both in-real-life and digital aspects.Partner with finance to ensure compliance with company guidelines in all partnership-related processes.Work with the legal team to streamline contract creation for branded partnerships and enforce service level agreements.Manage partnership wrap-up reporting, identifying new opportunities and optimization strategies.Ensure PR agencies have all necessary materials for new product launches and branded initiatives.QualificationsWho You Are:A proven leader capable of fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Self-motivated with a keen understanding of Gen Z, cultural trends, consumer behavior, and fashion industry dynamics.An effective communicator and influencer with a track record of driving results and building consensus.Preferably experienced in the fashion industry.Qualifications:Minimum of 6 years in marketing, preferably within the fashion or consumer products sector.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to lead global teams and manage complex projects.Strong project management skills, able to work in ambiguous and changing environments against tight deadlines.Effective leadership qualities, capable of leading cross-functional and regional teams through influence.Advanced analytical skills, adept at translating complex data into actionable strategies.
