Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Brand Activation Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing brand activation strategies that enhance our brand’s presence and engage our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to bring our brand to life through various channels and experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand activation strategies and campaigns.
Plan and execute events, promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Analyze the performance of brand activation efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support brand activation efforts.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for brand engagement.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution of brand activation projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in brand activation, event management, or experiential marketing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for bringing ideas to life.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for events and activations.
