Using a proactive approach, the HR team helps deliver the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a designated client group in the area of recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, and pro-active issue identification and resolution.WHAT OUR HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALISTS ENJOY MOSTAssuring company policies are administered fairly and consistently throughout the area of responsibilityCommunicating and executing necessary changes to policies and proceduresSupporting and counseling employees and managers regarding job-related issuesManaging employee performance issues, and reviewing and assessing related requestsConducting employee related investigations as necessarySupport employee engagement efforts such as conducting employee health and benefits meetings, and employee and supervisor trainingsIn this role, you will be administering HR policies and programs, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs. You will excel if you are able to build credible relationships with Business Leaders and communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsExperience:

Human Resources Generalist: 2 years or moreEducation:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experienceTechnical skills:

Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Skills:

Knowledge of the following: local, state, and federal employment laws and procedures; state and federal wage and hour laws; staffing and employment practices; employee relations procedures and applicable lawsAbilities:

Prioritize and organize effectively, deal with the public in a professional manner, communicate effectively orally and in writingTravel Ability:

Limited travelPreferred QualificationsEducation:

Certifications for Human Resources Professionals (SHRM, PHR)Skills:
