BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONAs an Associate Business Planning Analyst on the Business Planning team, you’ll coordinate and monitor budgets, reforecast, and analyze operating expenses. You’ll develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. You’ll perform analyses to determine present and future financial performance. Your contribution will help improve company performance by linking business activities to financial and operational results.WHAT OUR ASSOCIATE BUSINESS PLANNING ANALYSTS ENJOY MOSTUnder general supervision assisting in preparing and reviewing reports & other analyses as required for achieving financial objectivesPerforming analysis of data trends on operational budget spend to enable team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Gaining understanding of financial models to forecast resultsCreating operating expense reforecastsCoordinating and reporting operating expense variance analysisPerforming monthly review of financial statements and identifying trendsThis is an entry-level position located in a corporate office environment. You will excel in this position if you are organized, communicate effectively, and are adept at analyzing data. You will gain knowledge and learn skills that will contribute to career growth at Spectrum.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired QualificationsExperience:

Business planning/Financial analysis or related experience: 0-2 yearsEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experienceSkills:

Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.Abilities:
