As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team of Recruiters, focusing on both the Candidate and the Client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping your Clients and Candidates thrive!The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, the Executive Recruiter will need a sense of urgency while focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their dream organizations and careers.We offer unlimited opportunities for career growth! Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
