Conduct legal research and writing tasks.Draft briefs, motions, and pleadings.Handle court appearances, witness interviews, and internal investigations.Propound and respond to discovery.Draft position statements for the EEOC and NLRB.Handle grievance arbitrations.Counsel clients on employment-related matters.Update clients on new developments in the law.Draft and revise human resources policies.Prepare employee handbooks.Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in both DC and Maryland or Virginia.1+ years of litigation experience, employment litigation experience is a plus.Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.Education and Certifications:
Bar admission in DC and either Maryland or Virginia.Skills:
