Job DescriptionThe VP of Sales will focus on new customer acquisition in provider markets selling our Revenue Cycle Management services. The individual will collaborate with the Chief Sales Officer and other senior leaders to ensure sales and revenue goals are achieved and participate in customer negotiations.This position may require travel as needed.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Responsibilities:Cultivate a culture of success with ongoing business and goal achievementDevelop plans and strategies for new lead generation and achieving sales goalsParticipate in strategic account planningManage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfactionDefine sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when requiredProvide detailed and accurate sales forecastingCompile information and data related to customer and prospect interactionsMonitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to leadership team and other company functionsWork closely with the marketing and client services functions to establish successful support, channel and partner programsRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organizationSuccessful track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within the healthcare provider industryAbility to successfully work to reach company goals in a multi-faceted, fast paced, dynamic environmentExcellent public presentation and interaction skills, coupled with PC proficiencySelf-Starter and ability to generate new leads with hospitals, physician groups, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN)Strong knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) services and technology platformEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent preferred.5-7 years of healthcare experience in sales, client services with RCM Services/Technology.Proven track record of building and growing business in Healthcare Provider Market (Hospitals, Physician groups, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN).Experience with selling or managing RCM services (Offshore RCM is preferred).Active Member of Trade Organizations such as HFMA, MGMA, AHIMA, Becker’s.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
