In terms of viral vector service, ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.Job Scope:GenScript is seeking a highly motivated and scientifically rigorous (Sr) Analytical Research Scientist to join our RNA team for new RNA product research and development as Research Scientist. This position will focus on developing new RNA products with molecular biology methods to design, engineer, and evaluate their quality and function.Location:

Redmond, WAResponsibilities:Lead project to deliver results about innovation in preparative and purification methods for high-quality product development in RNA biology related R&D field.Design and engineer new RNA products based on in vitro transcription methods.Optimize RNA constructs and test new designs for their function.Manage project timeline and leverage internal resources to push projects forward.Generate, interpret and present data to project team.Maintain an up-to-date accurate lab notebook records of performed studies.Monitor supply inventory and identify any products required.Maintain work area, equipment, department and all storage areas in a clean, neat and orderly manner.Perform other duties as needed.Qualifications:Direct experience with nucleic acid design, synthesis, and assessment in tissue culture or animal models with a robust technical skill set to match.Strong collaborative instinct with good time and resource management skills.Broad molecular biology knowledge with the ability to apply engineering principles to solve problems.Works collaboratively with team members to support each other.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A sense of humility and an eagerness to continue to learn and contribute to a supportive team.PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science or related field.2+ years of relevant experience in molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or related discipline in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
