Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:Management of program financials, including financial and cost forecasting, revenue, Operating Margin (OM), Cash, reporting and analysis, profitability analysis, and working capital analysis (accounts receivable forecasting, treasury forecasting, unbilled analysis, and aged receivables analysis)Interface with other functions to generate weekly/monthly forecast, actuals, variance narratives reports and metricsPerform analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesDevelop and review Baselines and Estimates at Complete (EACs); Present and communicate results and changesWork with the finance, scheduling, and business management teams to develop strategies to improve financial performance based on metricsPrepare reports and provide recommendations to program management teamsSupport the development of presentations for, and occasionally brief to, leadershipInterface with business, program, and corporate personnelWork with the Capture Lead, Proposal Manager, and core teams to develop the compliant proposal and supporting deliverablesProvide support to the proposal team by developing, reviewing, and submitting proposals that effectively represent the proposal strategy and baselinePrepare budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysisRun weekly reports of actuals cost incurred and prepare reports to compare the variance between budgeted work and actual cost incurredInterface with Program and Functional/Business Management to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirementsCoordinate and interface with site resources to develop accurate and timely program EAC updatesEffectively communicate with leadership and customers regarding financial status, metrics and deliverablesBasic Qualifications Principal Program Cost, Schedule & Control Analyst (Level 3):Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 2+ years of related professional experiencePrior financial analysis and/or reporting experienceWorking knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulationsU.S. Federal Government or Defense Industry ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Experience reviewing, understanding, and responding to customer requests for proposal (RFPs) on competitive and sole source acquisitionsExpertise in financial analysisExperience in Costpoint preferredDemonstrated ability to prepare and analyze data, and strong critical thinking skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal directionWhy You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansFlexible Spending Account4% 401K Match (immediate vesting)Paid Time OffTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional developmentFlexible work scheduleOn-site gym and childcare optionThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $63,412.00 - $122,485.00NOTE:
