The QA Manager should be familiar with all aspects of the Head Start program including the Program Performance Standards (PPS) and all program policies.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Perform Peer Review of all program performance areas including ongoing child file monitoring, facility environment, work order completion, and the completion of required paperwork.Rotate center(s) and perform Peer Review assignments to establish continuity.Collect and compile statistical quality data.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.Align Head Start monitoring and Peer Review aspects of job with the Head Start program goals and expected child and family outcomes.Familiar with all aspects of the Head Start Performance Standards including Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Council on Accreditation (COA), and other agency program regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.Develop and produce statistical data to reflect ongoing Peer Review, compliance action plans for CQI process.Analyze and utilize data to identify and explain issues, as well as implement corrections in coordination with program staff.Monitor all program performance areas including ongoing child file monitoring, CLASS, environmental and safety status of facilities, completion of needed facility corrections, and completion of required paperwork.Produce reports of incidents, infectious diseases, complaints, for the Continuous and Performance Quality Improvement process complying with PPS and COA.Present data captured to analyze trend reporting and discuss program status with leadership.Work in conjunction with Program leadership to develop checklists if they are not in existence including any regulatory guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and/or 6+ years related experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.Strong conflict management skills.Additional InformationISN Corporation is an Equal Opportunity EmployerISN Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, marital status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.ISN Corporation is a Drug-Free Workplace.
