Integrity Assurance/Contractual Compliance (IACC) Manager

to support subcontract activities related to DCSA Background Investigation performance. The IACC Manager will independently administrate, oversee, and conduct activities related to case samplings, rework, and reporting regarding all integrity concerns. This includes tasks and rework of Background Investigation case material as coordinated and assigned by DCSA or Prime Contractor for work performed by the ISN. Compliance and performance monitoring and reporting to include (intra alia): Days in Progress; record verifications, check rides, case training completions, reported complaints investigations, case sampling, and others as required. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Services and Security Programs, the IACC Manager will have ongoing responsibility for the management of the system and oversight of the IACC data; will provide regular reports to program leadership, as required; and engage in strategic analysis to improve the existing business model, quality assurance training, workflow performance, BI products, and compliance management processes and reports. The IACC Manager directly coordinates with Corporate FSO (as required), has ownership of IA and CC data used for reporting program-level business and security reviews, and will be actively engaged with program leadership in these reviews.QualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant field required. Criminal Justice and/or other degrees that demonstrate analytic capacity are preferred.Strong analytical skills to create reports, graphics, and offer recommendations.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while keeping track of all others.Strong ability to understand program challenges and develop solutions.Demonstrated ability to develop performance metrics for reporting processes, as well as data collection mechanisms and trigger requirements.Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders.Demonstrated experience and familiarity with various types of project management and business analysis software and tools.
