The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead will focus on enhancing the end-to-end efficiency and effectiveness of the TA function. This role involves supporting and executing talent acquisition initiatives, tools, systems, processes, and data.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Managing the hiring process end-to-end for all employee typesPartnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure process excellencePosting and advertising jobs online and administering social media campaignsCoordinating recruiting events; processing candidate data, offer letters, background checks, etc.Partnering with Center of Excellence (CoE) and hiring manager on local sourcing and branding tacticsDirecting employee referral program from strategy through executionSupporting confidential hiring needsManaging interview scheduling, testing, logistics, and expense reimbursement for candidatesDeveloping and optimizing offer letters and onboarding processesOverseeing vendors and systems for best-practice results and candidate experiencesAssessing the overall effectiveness of hiring and adherence to processTracking, assessing, identifying trends, and reporting on recruiting metricsProviding expert insight into processes to feed system tools and configurationsOptimizing the overall acquisition process via technology and operational excellenceEducation, Experience, and Skills Required:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field5-7 years proven experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1 year of experience focused on recruitment operationsDemonstrated success in process definition, assessment, and optimizationExperience working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentExperience recruiting through onboarding via WorkdayProven ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage competing prioritiesExceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsThe pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $72,100 and $94,500.
