Should preferably have experience as a federal prosecutor or representing defendants in government investigations. Federal clerkship experience is also a plus. Should have advanced litigation skills, including independently managing and responding to grand jury subpoenas, assisting in defendant or witness proffers before the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission and other requests for the production of documents, taking and defending depositions, and drafting all common pleadings, motions, and briefs.
