Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including property, casualty, and liability claims.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Participate in all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Provide clients with sound legal advice and develop effective case strategies.Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' interests in mediation and arbitration.Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Stay informed about changes in insurance law and relevant legal precedents.Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Missouri.2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency with legal research tools and software.Commitment to upholding ethical standards in legal practice.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
