Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced client implementation SME to join a team of performance experts to onboard clients to the Alpha Performance Service. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment performance measurement, data management, and client reporting for asset managers. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with internal departments who perform component functions in the service.Why this role is important to usThe team you will be joining is a part of a global, cross-divisional group supporting State Street AlphaSM. Join us if making your mark in an ever-changing, increasingly complex and competitive industry is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs a Client Implementation SME, Alpha Performance you will:Work with the Implementation Lead to define the client solution design, conversion approach, implementation plan, and go-live activities from a performance perspective for converting clients onto State Street's Alpha Performance platform.Assist in analyzing and documenting client requirements for large and/or complex efforts.Perform and support testing efforts.Work with your counterparts on the client side to configure the Alpha Performance solution for client-specific workflows.Participate in interactions with clients around the delivery of the solution.Feed into the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes required to deliver successful solutions.Assist the pre-sales team to determine whether the Alpha performance offering meets prospect requirements.Work with the Product team to close functionality gaps identified during the requirements gathering phase.Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients.Become a Performance product SME on State Street's Front-to-back platform.Some travel may be required.What we valueStrong problem solving and time management skills.Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work accordingly.Ability to analyze problems and identify holistic solutions while balancing the need for successful client outcomes and Alpha goals.Excellent presentation, communication and teamwork skills.Able to build and maintain positive relationships with the team, across the business and with clients.Apply lateral and conceptual thinking in order to design appropriate solutions.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, globally structured team-based environment.Education & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or above preferred.Minimum 7 years experience in the fintech space, implementing and supporting performance and attribution solutions.Nice to have - CFA/ CIPM.About State StreetWhat we do.

$135,000 - $210,000 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
