Responsibilities:- W
ork with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges- Communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms- Managing the full cycle new client development process from initial outreach to meeting set-up and strategic growth planning- Study the competition to find new ways to retain customersClient Relationship Manager
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field- Must be able and willing to work on-site in the downtown Boston office-
