42259Design low-power and low-voltage mixed signal analog circuits using advanced deep-submicron CMOS technologies.Perform design verification and production support tasks.Work closely with digital and software developers to develop an implementation that meets system requirements.Research in advanced wireless techniques for highly integrated RFICs.What You BringBachelors with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 3+ years or PhD with 0 years in related field preferred.Hands-on experience in designing various mixed signal analog integrated circuits, such as ADC/DAC, analog base-band filters, etc., in deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.Ability to comprehend RF transceiver system level requirements and translate into circuit level specifications. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are essential.Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, SpectreRF, Spice, Matlab, and/or ADS.A thorough understanding of the physical layout requirement and ability to perform the critical layouts.Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specification.Motivated to carry out a wide variety of tasks with clear communication and presentation skills in a dynamic team environment.You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.What We OfferThe pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
