Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your timeReports to:
Senior Principal EngineerDesign/optimize the circuits to meet specification.Floor planning and layout supervision.Participate in silicon bring-up, validation, and debug.Contribute in architecture and specs.What You BringBachelors with 15+ years of relevant industry experience, or Masters with 13+ years or PhD with 10+ years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred.Experience designing analog circuits/mixed signal circuits such as bandgap, opam, LDO, filters.Knowledge and experience with circuits of Serdes IPS: CTLE, DFE, FFE, clock distribution, PI.Knowledge of Serdes architecture and high speed interconnect standard (USB, PCIe, UCIe).Knowledge and experience with ESD, PLL, clock generation, ADC, DAC is a big plus.Well versed in EDA tools (Cadence, Spectre, Totem, EMX).Comfortable with Python, MATLAB.You’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.What We Offer

Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.
