Provide analytical testing support for product release through the entire life cycle of the products, including incoming, in-process, final QC testing, real-time stability studies for new products, and customer complaint investigation.Communicate with the Quality Control management team and manufacturing.Propose and participate in continuous improvement to reduce cost and improve site Gross Margins.Solve problems varying in scope and complexity.Operate laboratory equipment and accurately document test results.Qualifications
Requires higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience, Bachelor's or Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent.Experience working in a lab (professional or academia).Computer proficiency in office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation programs.Demonstrated ability to work in a team on quality investigations and deliver process and product improvements.Effective verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and presentation experience.Skills in multi-tasking, planning, and organizing workload.Talent for establishing and maintaining positive work relationships.Preferred Skills and Experience include:
Experience working in GLP/ISO-compliant environments.Experience with GMP, GDP, and standard operating procedures.Solid understanding of ISO 13485:2016 QMS requirements.Experience with histology, microanatomy, and Immunohistochemistry.The US pay range for this full-time position is $26.28 - $41.06/hr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Travel Required
