Senior Sales Operations Specialist!About the role:As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes in Salesforce, along with the rest of our tech stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive strategic initiatives that directly impact our sales performance and revenue growth.The Sales Operations team is responsible for the tools our Sales team uses, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, Zoominfo, Impartner, amongst others. We are responsible for the setup and configuration of these tools and for ensuring all the data needed to be tracked makes its way back to Salesforce.What You’ll Do:Work alongside the rest of the Sales Operations team to help refine current automation, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales processes and workflows.Ability to take ownership over projects and successfully drive to completion within the deadline set.Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and various other departments to successfully complete both small and large projects.Create and maintain documentation for sales processes, procedures, and best practices.Provide training to users to ensure adoption and proficiency of new processes.Troubleshoot issues in real time with users, in our tools, to ensure they aren’t blocked from doing their jobs.Help create ad hoc Salesforce reports and dashboards as required.Come up with proactive ways we can make the sales team more efficient by using the data captured in Salesforce.Be able to, on the fly solve process errors, while thinking of long term, scalable solutions to shore up our systems.Manage and maintain accurate sales data within the CRM system.Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular data audits and cleansing.Support sales forecasting and planning activities.The Right Fit:Clear communication skills, both verbally and written, and capacity to explain complex systems simply.Proven track record of successfully implementing thorough Salesforce solutions to improve sales processes and drive operational efficiencies.Ability to think creatively and not take the easy road when architecting backend solutions.Strong project management skills with the propensity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Aptitude to think through various multi-step workflows within different systems, and come up with solutions to problems that may have a cascading effect that impacts various, interconnected processes.Detail oriented and meticulous documentation skills.3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration skills including implementing integrations and backend flows, as well as extensive experience with leads, accounts, opportunities, custom objects, reports, etc.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.1-2 years of hands-on experience managing a sales tool like Outreach or equivalent.Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.At this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job description you're reading. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
