We’re hiring an Associate to focus on Affordability & Pricing to lead the strategy development and implementation of improved pricing structures, improved customer shopping experience, and merchandising in order to make the platform more affordable. You will identify cost savings in tandem with improving our customer experience and pricing perception that enables our platform to be more accessible for New Verticals customers. You will use a significant degree of analytical thinking and quantitative analyses to drive growth and retention for the New Verticals team. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
