Proven Experience: At least 20 years experience in the mining sectorPrevious experience as a Commercial leader or in a relevant role.Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and managing relationships with key clients.Demonstrated experience in mining.Market Insight: In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.Financial Acumen: Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.Strategic Thinking: Combine commercial awareness with a strategic mindset.Leadership and Communication: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Education: Engineering degree, bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in business administration, finance. A master’s degree (MSc/MA) is a plus.
