The candidate must exhibit an interest in learning and fostering relationships within a collaborative team environment, with prior experience in a large law firm setting.Duties:Manage structured finance and securitization transactions.Specialize in Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) and/or consumer Asset Backed Securities (ABS).Handle transactions involving various asset classes, including mortgage loans, consumer loans, marketplace loans, and others.Assist with transactions related to solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, single-family rental properties, timeshares, and trade receivables.Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professionals.Conduct legal research and due diligence.Draft and review transactional documents and agreements.Communicate with clients and relevant parties involved in transactions.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in asset finance and securitization.Previous work in structured finance and securitization, with a focus on RMBS and/or ABS preferred.Familiarity with various asset classes and transaction structures.Interest in continuous learning and team collaboration.Prior experience in a large law firm environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the relevant State Bar(s).
