Therma has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager who will be based out of the San Jose Area and who enjoys the challenge of unique designs, projects and deadlines. This position requires the ability to run jobs big and small, coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously, while also providing leadership to large project teams. The Project Manager works with customers to develop the scope of work, budgeting and estimating costs, and oversees preparation of documents and mechanical, piping, and plumbing project plans. The Project Manager assists in procurement of equipment and materials and is responsible for reviewing, reporting, and projecting all project costs. The position is responsible for managing project roles and identifying and coordinating resource requirements. The most important aspect of the job is to provide customer satisfaction. The Project Manager ensures effective communications and assures relationships between customers and project team members are maintained.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develops and maintains professional communications with co-workers and clientsMakes sales contacts, researches customer needs and follows up on sales leadsDevelops and maintains relationships with clients, assures client satisfactionCoordinate utilize and lead staff from all departments as needed for projects, through the entirety of project.Prepare budget projections and control costs.
