The Sr. Product Manager will:Define the vision, goals, and business strategy and trajectory of the product and have overall responsibility for the success of the product.Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research and analysis, planning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases and technical requirements.Analyze market data to develop strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communication.Perform market analysis and assessments, create business cases/use cases, define specifications for product features and functionality, create product plans and schedules, coordinate beta and pilot testing and participate in product performance and benchmarking.Collaborate closely with internal and external engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product across the domain and industry.Requirements:Must have recent 12+ years of Product Management experience.Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.Experience in Agile environments.Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.BS and/or MS in CS, IS or related field.Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: 10% 401K Match + an additional 5% employer contribution, 15 days vacations, 12 paid holidays, 10 sick days, 5 personal days, office closes end of year, fully paid HMO/PPO medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families ($0 monthly cost for employee) and a casual work environment.Contact the Job Poster:Al KaraptianeQuest Solutions Executive Technical Recruiter
