With groundbreaking technologies like Climate FieldView and our ForGround regenerative agriculture platform, our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag.The Digital Farming Data Engineer team is looking for a talented and motivated Staff Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the mission of helping the world's farmers sustainably increase productivity using digital tools, mobile software, advanced analytics, and high-quality assurance standards. This role is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team, responsible for testing the apps that ensure a great experience for our customers.Are you passionate about Salesforce and Web Technologies? We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to provide solutions and build our Salesforce platform, React Apps, and Web Services. You will partner with engineers, business analysts, and business partners to build a world-class application to improve productivity and customer experience.Lead projects and initiatives by working with business stakeholders and business analysts to deeply understand use cases, design technical solutions, and lead implementations.Architect, design and develop applications for internal users, customer support, and our end users (farmers, dealers, growers) across multiple platforms.Drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes.Lead system maintenance and oversee periodic review processes.Perform system failure analysis and drive corrective actions. Lead Root Cause Analysis and determine long-term solutions.Lead in the definition of coding standards and lead the Peer Code Review processes.Craft durable, well-tested code with an unwavering commitment to product quality.WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree (CS, IS or EE) or related field + 8 years web application development using modern JavaScript framework (ReactJS, NodeJS or AngularJS).6+ years of experience in e-commerce development in Salesforce platform including Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Demandware.5 years + experience on Apex and ability to work on Asynchronous Apex to process data in the background efficiently.2+ years of experience with Boomi, Mulesoft, or similar integration tools.Solid foundational grounding in Object Oriented (OO) design, Relational Database principles (RDBMS) principles, and data modeling.Preferred qualifications

Experience working with REST/SOAP web services.Passion for Design and User Experience.Strong development experience using Lightning Components, Flow, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform.Experience building platforms that support declarative interfaces.Salesforce Architect Certification.Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions.WHAT WE OFFER

Base salary estimated range between $160,000 - $240,000 annually, depending on the hiring location.
