ManagementVery attractive Basic Salary + Bonus Package that is flexible depending on experience + Electric / Hybrid car options + BenefitsAs Head of Sales, you will have sole responsibility for the National ASM team to inspire them to increase sales revenue and focus on developing the skills of the existing team and identify, recruit and train new ASM’s as required. This role will involve regular 1:1’s with the team, conducting personal development reviews, setting objectives, targets and identifying and dealing with any performance issues. The team comprises of 6 ASM’s who sell the company’s range of Wall and floor Ceramic, Glass, Porcelain and Natural Stone Tiles into specification – Architects & Designers, Main Contractors then following projects through via specialist sub-contractors (tiling sub-contractors). The team conduct CPD’s and support in the design stages of projects and liaising with key stakeholders throughout the project cycle. The Head of Sales will work closely with the Board and Operational management team to ensure the team are aligned to the strategic objectives of the wider business together with maintaining some key client relationships. This is a National role but ideally you will not live in the extremes and as close to the Midlands area as possible.Company

My client are seeking a polished, professional and well-rounded people manager ideally with a strong understanding of ceramic tiles, however will consider any product background within KBB. This individual must have operated within the A&D community. You must have people management experience, with evidence of coaching and leading a high performing team and be able to demonstrate a track record of setting and achieving sales growth targets. There is a huge emphasis on sustainability, so this individual must have a working knowledge of the issues the industry faces and demonstrate a desire to help provide solutions to these issues.
