A hospitality-focused, experienced General Manager who is strategic, detail-obsessed, a creator of positive culture, accountable, respectful, and eager to work along side their team.
Hospitality is a core tenant of our company philosophy, and creating a unique experience between our restaurant and our guests is paramount to what we do.

Requirements:
5 years Restaurant Manager/ AGM experience, plus 2 years fine dining General Manager experience within a $7m+ venue
Exceptional communication skills
Strong foundation of food and beverage knowledge
Ability to coach, mentor, and grow a team
Experience with: Google Suite, Paychex, Tock, r365, Toast
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Growth mindset
TAM Card, Health Card
Ideal candidate will train in San Diego for up to 4 weeks prior to Las Vegas opening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
