Job Overview:

Housing University is an effort to secure healthy, affordable housing for clients/tenants.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and developing our programs, ensuring that our organization is operating efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong background in social work, program management, and administrative tasks, with a focus on serving individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.

Develop and implement program plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Provide administrative support, including budgeting, grant writing, and financial reporting.

Foster positive relationships with staff, clients, and external partners, including healthcare providers and community organizations.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including local government agencies and advocacy groups.

Collaborate with other senior staff to identify and address organizational needs.

Oversee program development, including identifying funding opportunities and developing program proposals.

Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, ensuring that our organization is aligned with its mission and goals.

Skills:

Proven experience in managing and developing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.

Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, grant writing, and financial reporting.

Excellent relationship management and supervisory skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.

Experience in social work or a related field, with a focus on program management and development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Experience in program development and implementation, with a focus on serving diverse populations.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$59,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
