Travel RN - Intensive / Critical Care UnitShift : Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week, with weekendsLength : 13 weeksRequirements:KS License2 Years’ ExperienceAssociate Degree in NursingAHA BCLSAHA ACLSAHA PALSNIHSSBachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred1 year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialtyOther Details:
Floating will apply only under extreme circumstances COVID-19 Initial Shot(s)
• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.
• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a
o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or
o 1 dose bivalent vaccine
• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.
• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
