KS License
2Years’ ExperienceAssociate Degree in Nursing is required
AHA BLS
AHA ACLSNIHSS1 year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialtyBachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred
Will only float within the zone for a critical needOther Details:Floating will apply only under extreme circumstancesCOVID-19 Initial Shot(s)• All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated.• Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of ao 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, oro 1 dose bivalent vaccine• Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte.• Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
