Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven Engineering Manager with a strong background in gaming to join our innovative technology team. This is a permanent role that will require you to manage a team of engineers, drive the development of our gaming platform, and ensure the successful execution of our projects. Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality gaming software.
2. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate processes, improving efficiency and product quality.
3. Design and develop robust microservices architecture to ensure the scalability and reliability of our gaming platforms.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and other engineering teams, to define and achieve collective goals.
5. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging your team to explore new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our gaming products.
6. Ensure the team adheres to high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits.
7. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
8. Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop career paths for team members.
9. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and engineering efforts.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on gaming.
3. Proven experience in managing and leading software engineering teams.
4. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and other modern software development practices.
5. Strong knowledge of gaming industry trends, technologies, and design philosophies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning complex problems into simple solutions.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time and on budget.
9. Passion for gaming, with a desire to create the best possible gaming experiences for our users.
